Occupational Health is the promotion and maintenance of the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being of workers in all occupations by preventing departures from health, controlling risks and the adaptation of work to people, and people to their jobs.
The Occupational Health team at PathCare (part of the PathCare Special Operations Support Unit) is entirely devoted to the special administrative pathology testing requirements of the industrial and occupational health industry.
Our purpose is to assist
– The occupational health practitioner, to optimize employee health & productivity in the workplace; assist employers to increase employee return on investment; comply with legislation & corporate social responsibility; and
– The managed healthcare medical team, to manage patient/employee healthcare in the workplace; improve productivity; comply with company policy & social responsibility; through the provision of clinical and meaningful information & knowledge and project managed administration and consultation.
