PathCare is a partnership of pathologists in private practice across South Africa and Namibia that has been assisting doctors and healthcare professionals determine and confirm diagnoses. We are registered with the HPCNA (Health Professions Council of Namibia) and all our laboratories are SANAS/SADCAS accredited.

An opportunity exists for an Anatomical Pathologist to work in Windhoek. We are seeking a professional who display a high level of ethics and integrity, with appropriate laboratory medicine expertise and experience, and aligns with the PathCare values.

Key Competency Requirements

  • FC Path (SA) (Histology) qualification is required and an MMed would be advantageous
  • Current registration with the HPCNA as an Anatomical Pathologist/willing to register with the HPCNA
  • Client focused with strong interpersonal relations
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and display resilience and tenacity in challenging situations
