This is an application to be considered for a database for the Trainee Data Capture programme for 2024. All fields are to be completed. If your form is incomplete your application will not be considered. The minimum requirements for consideration for this programme: Grade 12 pass AND a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with exceptional accuracy.

To be considered for this programme you must be willing to attend classroom training at the PathCare Academy in Cape Town for approximately 3 months. Opportunities for practical on the job training are available in Cape Town.

This is an entry level programme ideal for school leavers. Please complete all the fields accurately and honestly. Should any of the information you provide be found to be untrue or misleading, or should it be found that you have omitted any such information we deem relevant, we will not consider your application.

If you do not meet the requirements please DO NOT apply as your application will be rejected and this may impact future applications.
