William joined PathCare in Kimberley in August 1995 as a courier, a position he held for 10 years before being
promoted to a Laboratory Assistant position. For three years he fulfilled this position in the Specimen Reception
Department before joining the administration team in a new position as a Cashiering Clerk. Soon after this, he
made his next career move to the Helpdesk Department in Kimberley.

In 2018, William was again able to further his career when he was promoted to be the Internal Client Liaison Officer
at the PathCare laboratory in Gariep.
