Tsholofelo completed her MBChB (awarded with distinction in Clinical Sciences) at the University of Cape Town in 2016.
She underwent her internship training at Tambo Memorial and Thelle Mogoerane hospitals in Gauteng. Her journey in Pathology was kick started after joining the NHLS/ University of Limpopo as a community service medical officer in 2020. Thereafter, she commenced her specialist training at NHLS/University of the Witwatersrand. She was admitted as a fellow in the College of Pathologists of South Africa (Haematology) in 2024 and completed her Master of Medicine (Pathology) in 2025.
Tsholofelo has special interest in myelodysplastic neoplasms and digital Pathology.”
