Dr Victoria Amutenya

Dr Victoria Amutenya obtained a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery (MBChB) from the University of Pretoria in 2012. She went further to do her post graduate studies and obtained a Master of Medicine (MMed) in Medical Microbiology from the University of Pretoria. She obtained a fellowship of the college of pathologists in South Africa -Microbiology in 2021. Dr Amutenya also holds a diploma in tropical medicine and hygiene from the University of Witwatersrand. She joined Namibia institute of pathology upon completion in October 2021.
Dr Amutenya is a Clinical Microbiologist, with an interest in antimicrobial resistance.
